Adventures of Tertl shows up at expos, shops, and markets around the Twin Cities, with free coloring pages, real tortoise facts, and books to sign. Tertl attends when the weather and her mood permit. She is a tortoise. She has her own agenda.
Presented by Cold Blooded Expos
Adventures of Tertl will have a vendor table. Books available for purchase and signing.
Free coloring pages and crayons, a tortoise talk with real facts, and both books for sale and signing on-site.
Eight or nine kids, about as many grown-ups, and four books sold. Finn's Frog Farm now stocks both books on the shelf. Best question of the day: what does she do in the winter? That turned into a long conversation about wild tortoises, captive tortoises, and how Tertl spends a Minnesota winter indoors. See the photographs (JJ's post) · See the photographs (Finn's Frog Farm)
Our first show. Both books, prints, stickers, and a lot of very good questions about what tortoises eat.
